2. Subscription Services

Our milk subscription service provides regular delivery of fresh milk to your specified address. Subscriptions can be daily, alternate days, or weekly as per your choice.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is required in advance for subscription plans
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice
• Refunds will be processed as per our refund policy

4. Delivery

• We deliver during specified time slots (Morning: 6-8 AM, Evening: 6-8 PM)
• Delivery times may vary due to traffic or weather conditions
• Customer must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery

5. Quality Assurance

All milk undergoes quality checks before delivery. If you receive any product that doesn't meet quality standards, please contact us immediately.

6. Cancellation & Pausing

• Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled with 24 hours notice
• Refunds for unused days will be processed within 7 business days
